Tuesday Travel Tip

I am not a ‘germ phob’ but when I am travelling I do take extra care.  So I use a hand spray but not just any type, as some of them dry my hands out too much.  I have found a beautiful organic one by Dr Bronner and it is really lovely.  The lavender scent is excellent and very calming too.  So I use this regularly on flights (I pass it around and make sure all my travel companions have a spray too) and then when we are out and about I use it before meals if I can’t actually wash my hands.

So it is called Dr Bronner’s Lavender Hand Sanitising Spray.  I live in Byron so I just picked it up at a local health food shop.  Ingredients are just organic ethyl alcohol, water, organic lavender oil and organic glycerin - that's all - no chemicals.  It's really handy and I thoroughly recommend it.
